War Veterans

Presumptive Service Connection
On 31 August 2010, the VA added three new illnesses to the list of presumptive diseases in connection with Agent Orange. If you suffer from or lost a spouse to any of these illnesses, you may be eligible for DIC. File a claim immediately with the VA if you have:

 
• Acute & Subacute Transient Peripheral Neuropathy
• AL Amyloidosis
• B-Cell Leukemias
• Chloracne
• Diabetes Mellitus (Type 2)
• Ischemic Heart Disease
• Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma


• Parkinson's Disease
• Porphyria Cutanea Taeda
• Prostate Cancer
• Lung, Bronchus, Larynx, or Trachea Cancers
• Soft Tissue Sarcoma Other Than Osteosarcoma, Chondrosarcoma, Kaposi's Sarcoma, or Mesothelioma
